Are you an engineering manager or lead from a product development background, looking to step up and take charge of an entire engineering function, shape how it runs and make a visible impact on the business?

On offer is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the President. You'll lead and grow the engineering team and put your own stamp on the department's processes, priorities and performance.

This company is an established and growing US manufacturer with products used nationwide. Engineering is at the heart of the business, and leadership is investing in the team and its capabilities as the company continues to grow.

On offer is the chance to mould the engineering department. You'll set clear plans and KPIs, coach and develop your engineers, and build a structured, right-sized development process. You will be responsible for leading new product development from concept through to production, supporting manufacturing and acting as the key link between engineering and the wider business.

This role would suit an engineering manager, lead or director looking for a step up into a senior role where they can build a strong team, shape the department and make a real difference.

The Role:

• Lead, coach and develop the engineering team, reporting directly to the President
• Shape the department's processes, KPIs and development roadmap
• Own new product development from concept through to production release

The Candidate:

• Engineering degree, ideally Electrical (Mechanical considered)
• Product development experience in electrical or electro-mechanical products
• Experienced leading engineers, projects or teams
