You will take full responsibility for commercial solar and electrical construction projects while acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams. You will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, make key decisions to ensure successful delivery, and help establish effective project management processes as the company continues to grow.

This role would suit an experienced Commercial Electrical or Solar Project Manager looking to take ownership of projects, become a trusted leader within a growing company, and develop their career with potential progression into Senior Project Management.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of commercial solar and electrical construction projects from contract award through completion, managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project profitability

• Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

• Become a key project management expert within the business, improving project delivery processes

The Candidate:

• Commercial electrical construction or solar installation experience

• Project management experience within construction with responsibility for budgets, scheduling, subcontractors, and project delivery

• Strong leadership and customer-facing skills, with the ability to manage projects independently and coordinate field operations
