Are you a strategic VP of Operations looking for a technically diverse, challenging position where you can autonomously drive operational performance in a world leading organization?

Do you want to lead plant operations for a global market leader aggressively investing in advanced automation, cutting edge equipment, and next-generation product innovation?

In this key role you lead end to end plant operations with complete operational, financial, and KPI accountability across maintenance, supply chain management, and change management. In this executive role, the VP sets and delivers on targets for output, OEE, scrap, downtime, inventory, and unit costs while managing department budgets and driving sustainable productivity savings. Key responsibilities include championing safety and food quality standards, maximizing asset reliability through predictive maintenance, and advancing operational excellence via Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, automation, and AI. Additionally, the role supervises department heads to foster leadership talent, spearheads cross-functional initiatives like capital projects and new product rollouts, and provides strategic forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting to executive leadership.

This opportunity will suit a proven operations leader from a food, beverage or similar highly regulated background, looking to enhance, improve and scale manufacturing operational performance.

The Position:

• Lead end to end plant operations across change management, maintenance, supply chain and finance
• Spearhead capital investment projects, new product launch with strategic planning, forecasting and risk management
• Enhance and grow high performance, cross functional teams across the business
• Work closely with senior leadership, executive and multidisciplinary teams to take the business to the next level
