Are you a Maintenance or Reliability Manager looking for a strategic leadership position within a fast-growing manufacturing business heavily investing in new equipment and continued growth?

Do you want to autonomously lead, enhance and develop a world class maintenance department, with future career progression opportunities into senior leadership?

In this position you collaborate with engineering, production, quality, plus more multidisciplinary teams, to design and implement an effective maintenance program, you will optimize and champion the CMMS, lead maintenance supervisors through maintenance schedules, you will implement a TPM & RCM strategy to minimize downtime and will provide training and develop to build a high-performing maintenance group.

This role will suit a proven maintenance leader looking to create a world class maintenance function, operating with senior leadership and full autonomy.

This Position:
- Autonomously, lead, grow and enhance the maintenance & reliability group for a market leading manufacturing organization
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality to design and implement an effective maintenance program
- Optimize CMMS, TPM, RCM strategy to minimize downtime
- Build, train and develop a high performing maintenance group
- Career progression opportunities into senior leadership

The Person:
- Maintenance/ Reliability Manager
- Background in food, beverage, CPG or similar industry experience
- Proven experience growing high performance maintenance
- Strategic thinker looking for an autonomous role with career progression
