Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader looking for full ownership of a high-growth operation, where you can drive performance, set accountability, and see the impact of your decisions on the shop floor every day?

This is an opportunity to take full P&L responsibility for a large, engineered-to-order heavy fabrication and enclosure manufacturer, leading a sizable site team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where urgency and execution matter.

The business is part of a wider, well-backed group that acquires and invests in manufacturing companies while keeping strong local autonomy. Due to continued growth and production demand, they are now looking for a leader who can get close to operations, remove bottlenecks, and deliver consistent output.

In this role you will own operational performance end-to-end, working directly with production to solve day-to-day manufacturing challenges across heavy fabrication, generator enclosures, and diesel-related work. You will set expectations, build a culture of accountability, and ensure decisions translate into action.

This role would suit a General Manager or senior manufacturing leader with engineered-to-order experience, strong fabrication/welding knowledge, and a track record of driving results quickly through accountability and execution-looking for real ownership, autonomy, and the chance to make a visible difference.

The Role:

• Full site leadership with complete P&L ownership and accountability for performance
• Hands-on operational leadership in an engineered-to-order heavy fabrication environment
• Drive execution: remove manufacturing issues, set expectations, and deliver output
• Build clear accountability across a large production workforce in a fast-paced culture
• 250 People onsite and 325,000 sq. ft facility

The Person:

• Senior manufacturing leadership experience (GM / Plant Manager / Operations Leader level)
• Strong engineered-to-order production background with fabrication and welding knowledge
• Proven track record delivering results quickly through accountability and execution
