Excellent role on offer for an Architectural Technician looking to join a unique and successful construction fit out business where you will work on a range of interesting projects within a close knit team.

This company offer a full turnkey package, from initial concept to build and fit out. They specialise in factory and production facility fit-outs and have a great name for themselves in the industry. They have been seeing a lot of success with past and recent projects, so due to this they are looking to expand their team based in the Reading office to facilitate their growth.
In this role you will have a varied job role, working on multiple projects at one time. The projects vary in size and scale. You will liaise with the design team and report to the Pre-Construction Manager. You will predominantly be using AutoCAD 2D, so must have experience working with this. You will be responsible for producing design and specifications for projects. You will attend client meetings and liaise with contractors, providing technical advice when required. This role also offers great progression opportunities with clear routes into a Design Management position.
This role would therefore suit a candidate who has previous experience in an Architectural Technician role, working on large scale factory or warehouse projects with strong experience in AutoCAD. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and have the ambition to want to progress in to a Management or Lead role.
