A key achievement of mine was my first placement, not only my first placement as an associate but one of the first and record-breaking bookings in Germany. Being one of the founding members of the Europe team has given me the opportunity to explore and understand a new and challenging market and motivates me to make the Rise international team a great success. Next year, I will be looking at buying a new car which I never thought I’d be able to save for! I also aim to start saving for my first property, and to progress up to manager level by the end of 2022 with the hope of moving out to Australia when we open that office!
