Construction Assessor (No Training Experience Required)
Fully Remote
£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonuses, Pension, Training, Progression, Birthday Off, Holidays

In this role, you will take responsibility for assessing construction managers & professionals who are looking to complete their NVQ Levels 6 & 7 in Construction Management. This will involve developing assessment plans, conducting assessments, providing feedback & guidance and engaging in continuous professional development for yourself and for the company. You will be supported by a strong admin team who will manage your diary and handle other duties such as portfolio days.
The successful candidate will be qualified up to NVQ 6 or above and possess excellent communication & listening skills, as well as organisation, timekeeping and IT skills.

The Role:
- Assessing construction professionals who are looking to complete NVQ 6 & 7
- Developing assessment plans in line with NVQ standards
- Conducting assessments in accordance with the NVQ assessment criteria
The Person:
- Experience construction professional
- NVQ 6 or 7 in Construction Management
- Excellent communication, timekeeping & IT skills
