In this position, you will focus on developing new business opportunities, attending site visits, and presenting tailored technical programs to industrial and commercial clients. A company vehicle and all equipment will be provided. You'll work closely with the service and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

The Role:

  • Identify and win new business opportunities within industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract close.

The Person:

  • Proven track record in business development or technical sales with a hunter mindset.
  • Background in industrial solutions, water technologies, chemicals, or HVAC sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Wisconsin
