£40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Remote working + Holiday Package + Car allowance / Company car

This is an exciting opportunity to join my client's company as a Business Development Manager where you will be at the forefront of growing the company as they kick on within the emerging Renewable energy market.

My client is a newly established start-up who have had significant investment in the past year or so. Customer satisfaction is a priority for their goals as a business moving forward, therefore it is a necessity that the right candidate also prioritises this. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious business development manager to head up the sales side of the business with the intention of significantly growing the business and progressing your career along the way.

The primary focus of this role is to independently generate and nurture relationships and business prospects, showcasing a comprehensive knowledge of the products the company offer. This position demands a high degree of diligence and tenacity, as it involves both internal and external interactions. Moreover, it provides a unique opportunity for individuals to engage at the highest corporate level while offering attractive financial rewards.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced business development manager or senior sales person to head up this department of the company and progress the company and your individual career.

The role:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and pipeline through networking, referrals and incoming leads
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers
  • Operating throughout the South East
  • Remote working



The person:

  • Experience and knowledge of the Solar industry
  • Experience in a Business Development role and/or Senior Sales position
  • Located in the South East
