£45,000 - £65,000 + Company Car + Mileage + 33 Holiday Days + Full Technical Autonomy
Home based, Can be based anywhere in the Midlands or South UK, Such as Birmingham, Bristol or London and surrounding areas
Are you from a Project Delivery, Business Improvements or Change Management background looking to have full autonomy from cradle to grave of systems and infrastructure where you will play a vital part in the success of the companies growth?
This is a rare and exciting opportunity where you will be instrumental to the development and growth of the team, reporting directly to the Directorship team whilst having full empowerment to implement your own systems whilst working closely with other teams in the business.
This company have 500 employees in the UK and are a leading logistics specialist spanning across the globe, they want to invest, develop and train their next hire to propel their career.
This role will suit someone from a Project Delivery, Business Improvements or Change Management background looking to have full autonomy from cradle to grave of systems and infrastructure
The Role:
*Overseeing change management and implementation of new systems
*improving systems to streamline process such as Payroll and Infrastructure
*Further Scope of autonomy
The Person:
*Previous change management, Business Improvement or Infrastructure background
*Holds a UK Drivers License
