Excellent opportunity for a Buyer or Purchasing professional to join a global business with the opportunity to work in an advanced facility within a specialised industry.
The company have a global presence and are in a period of significant growth and expansion at presence due to an influx in work and demand in their services. They are looking for a Buyer to work in their experienced Procurement team to help support their Production and Engineering Departments.
This role will see the candidate working with in the Purchasing team reporting to the Procurement Manager. You will be working closely with suppliers, optimising lead times and strategy for materials purchasing.
The candidate will have strong background in Purchasing/Buying.

The Role:
- Working in Procurement team reporting to the Procurement Manager
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Optimising and improving lead times of materials
- Manage costs and planning
The Person:
- Buying experience
- Background in Manufacturing / Production
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
