CAD Operator (Great Progression)

$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Profit Share + Healthcare + 401k
Excellent opportunity for a CAD Operator with commercial construction experience to join a well-established and close-knit general contractor offering a varied role with great training and progression opportunities.
On offer is the chance to upskill in a rapidly developing industry with a leading organisation company offering who have an average employee tenure of over 15 years.
This company are a leading general contractor that are renowned for their quality of service, attention to detail and high-end development projects. Having grown since their inception they have built a great reputation and due to continued expansion and new projects, they now require a senior draughtsperson to join their team.
In this role you will work within a small, highly skilled design team, focusing on a range of high-spec, niche commercial construction projects. The company are involved from concept, right through to completion and you will play a key role in providing detailed designs using AutoCAD.
The ideal candidate will have AutoCAD or Revit skills and previous experience working on commercial construction projects.

The person:
- Previous experience in a CAD role
- AutoCAD experience
- Knowledge of Bluebeam
- Previously worked on commercial construction projects
