Most of your time will be spent hands‑on in the lab, formulating and refining products that make a real difference on the shop floor. The Role
- Formulate and develop lubricants for machining, grinding, and stamping
- Work hands‑on in the lab, supported by an experienced technical team
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers when needed
The Person
- 5+ years of experience in lubricants, coolants, or related formulations
- Confident working hands‑on in the lab with strong formulation skills
- Comfortable supporting customers and solving technical challenges
- Ambitious and motivated to grow into leadership and own product lines
