The Role:
Deliver civil engineering design and development across subdivisions, utilities, roadways, stormwater, and drainage systems
Lead and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with survey, CAD, and landscape teams
Oversee technical documentation and ensure compliance with local and state regulations
The Person:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience in civil/site design with knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for growth and development
