Wilmington, Delaware (Commutable from: Philadelphia, Newport, Newark, bear, New Castle, Middletown, Exton)
$100,000 - $120,000 + Progression + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits
Are you a CNC Programmer with MasterCAM experience, looking to put your own stamp on a well-established business, offering a days based role, management training and progression all the way to general manager level?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to mold a growing machine shop, where you will receive management training to guide you to supervisor level and then general manager level.

In this exciting role you will be working in a team of 15 machinists and programming, setting up and troubleshooting a range of specialist CNC machinery using MasterCAM. You will also receive technical and management training to progress your career to the next level.
This role would suit a CNC Programmer looking to join a growing business, offering specialist CNC machine training and management training, to guide you all the way to General Manager level.
The Role:
* Work in a team of 15 machinists
* Program, setup and troubleshoot cutting-edge CNC machinery using MasterCAM
* Receive management training and step by step guidance all the way to General Manager level
