CNC Wood Machinist (CNC Programming Training Available)

£25,000 - £33,000 + Technical Training + Career Progression Opportunities + Premium Overtime + Flexible Working Hours + Holiday + Pension + Company Benefits

Stroud, commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stonehouse, Evesham and surrounding areas

Due to ongoing expansion and the opening of a new site, they are seeking to add motivated CNC Machinists to their talented team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Machinist with wood experience to join a like-minded team of experts and play a key part in the manufacturing of a genuinely interesting product. You will be responsible for the machining of raw wood materials into specialist parts according to technical specifications, as well as other related duties.

This role would suit a CNC Wood Machinist looking to gain new skills and develop their experience with a view to long term career progression, and establishing a lasting career.

The Role:

  • Preparing and operating CNC wood machines
  • Programming knowledge would be advantageous, but full training can be provided
  • Standard working week, 40 hours, Monday to Friday (flexible). Overtime is uncapped and paid at time and a half


The Candidate:

  • Will have experience of wood CNC work (Setting, Operating or Programming)
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and independently
  • Seeking opportunities for training and development
