Project Based Near Aberdeen, Scotland (Relocation Needed)
Competitive Day Rate (Outside IR35)

Are you a Commissioning Manager with experience commissioning electricity transmission or power generation plants who is looking for a role where you will have full autonomy in creating the commissioning strategy for a new plant?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commissiong Manager to play a key role in the completion of a large scale and exciting project where they will be leading the commissioning phase of work.
This company are at the forefront of developing electrical distribution and power generation projects across the UK. They are currently supporting a large-scale National Grid project and are looking for a Commissioning Manager to lead the upcoming commissioning of the plant. The role will be based near Aberdeen with some flexibility of remote working.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to become an integral part in a business' ongoing success, assisting on a large new project in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team.
The Role:
* Develop a commissioning strategy for the whole plant
* Witnessing and sign off of commissioning activities to meet operational, Grid Code and commercial requirements
* Ensure all plant equipment meets the contractual requirements
* Based near Aberdeen with some flexibility for remote working
* Outside IR35
The Person:
* Engineering background with a formal qualification
* Experienced as a Commissiong Manager
* Experience commissioning electricity transmission or power generation plants
* High voltage experience
* Happy to work near Aberdeen
