Construction Sales Consultant - Great Commission
Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000+ (DOE) + $50,000 - $100,000 commission+ Great Addition Benefits (Laptop, Phone, Vehicle) + Health Insurance + PTO

Are you a construction sales consultant looking to join a leading specialist in residential paving and increase your earnings through great commission potential and other added benefits?
If so, this is an exciting opportunity for a sales consultant from a residential construction background to take on a challenging role where you will play a pivotal part in the growth of a great business and rapidly progress your career.
This company provides the best service for their clients when it comes to residential parking lots. They have a wide pool of clients within the residential property management sector. Due to the genuine value placed on employees within this company, it boasts a significant number of long-standing team members.
In this role, you will be based in the Austin office, but you will have to travel across the US to meet with clients, this is all covered by the company. You will have the exciting opportunity to build your client base from scratch and earn up to $150,000 in your first year. Your responsibilities will include visiting and meeting with your own clients, managing projects and meeting with crew leaders.

The role:
- Cold calling and building you client base within the residential property management industry.
- Travel and meet with clients across the US.
- Meeting with crew leaders in the planning and completion of your own projects.
The Person:
- Experience in a construction sales role.
- Great connections within the residential property management industry.
- Experience with concrete and asphalt.
- Valid Driving License.
