Are you Superintendent from a High-End Residential background, looking to work on high end residential projects in the heart of Hollywood and Beverly Hills worth up to $100m in a fast paced environment where you will further develop your construction management skills and help grow a company?

They are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize working on mi High-end projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have gotten an outstanding reputation for developing and progressing from within. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit an Superintendent to help grow and develop their new Los Angeles office.
This position is site based, working on a range of local projects. You will be tasked with working alongside the Project Management team and managing sub-contractors, conducting weekly site visits and meeting with clients. You will be given a structured plan to support you to grow the newly established team in Los Angeles.
