In this role you will be responsible for the practical application of process improvement practices of the manufacturing facility. This role will see you involved in all stages of the process as you have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the Manufacturing operations.
This role would suit a Continuous Improvement Specialist from an Industrial background who is looking for some training & a great work life balance. Joining this close-knit team, you are not at risk of getting lost in the numbers and your contributions will be valued by management who actively get involved on the shop floor.
The Role:
- Working on a range of continuous improvement processes within all stages of the Manufacturing plant
- Working with Engineers and Technicians driving efficiency & technical improvement
- Plan projects & roadmaps for Continuous Improvement practices creating relevant documentation along the way
The Person:
- Experienced with Continuous Improvement processes
- Anyone from a Manufacturing/Industrial background is encouraged to apply
