On offer is the excellent opportunity for a CPA Certified controller who is looking to become the go to technical expert, take on more opportunity to deal with a growing companies KPIs, profit loss, cash flow and forecasting. Work with new software's all within a company that treats each employee like an owner with a employee shared ownership programme.

This Commercial Contractor specializes in high value projects in the area, they also pride themselves on giving back to local communities and being very well respected for their quality. They are looking at a major period of growth combined with an increase in project sizes to help assist this growth. It is a multi generational firm with deep roots tied to the area.

In this role you will be responsible for financial consolidation and forecasting, allowing the company to make prediction to ensure that the growth and goals are achievable and well structured.

This is the ideal position for someone looking to take the next step and take on leadership and directorship positions and make a real impact on the companies structure and therefore the local community.

The Role:

• Manage a team of accountants and clerks
• Work out profit loss, cash flow and forecasting
• Create a common goal and vision that allows company to achieve its financial goals

The Person:

• CPA Certified
• Commercial Construction Controlling experience
• Sage Intacct experience
• Keen on managerial and VP positions and progression
