Are you a Controls Engineer looking to play an integral role in a market leading company's ongoing global success and work on ground breaking projects?
This is an excellent opportunity to step up in to a pivotal role where you will work with closely with cross functional teams to generate custom built machinery for a plethora of industries including Military , Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing.
This longstanding company is a leading global manufacturer of bespoke OEM machinery, selling innovative and high quality products for their customers worldwide.
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities where every day will bring a new challenge. The responsibilities include working with vendors and customers to design control panels, programming PLC's, functional testing and working closely with service engineers to troubleshoot machinery.
This position is ideal for a Controls Engineer seeking a role with lots of technical development and training to enable you to become a specialist in your field.
The Role:
* Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers
* Work with the Design Team and Panel Technicians to build control panels.
* Testing new products on site
* Remotely assist service engineers at customer sites
* Monday - Thursday 7:00 - 5:00 & Friday 8:00 - 12:00
The Person:
* PLC programming experience
* Ability to understand designs and review documents
* Manufacturing background
* Looking to be part of a globally successful business
