Controls Technician/Engineer (Facilities)
$47-$52/hr + Great Company Benefits + Training + Progression

Are you a Controls Technician/Engineer from a Facilities background, looking to take the lead of a small team of technicians on complex, technical projects, where you will become the go-to technician working with high value, blue-chip customers?

In this role you will work with high-profile, household-name customers, offering innovative solutions to technical and challenging problems surrounding the programming & troubleshooting of complex Facilitiy systems. You will become a technical expert in your industry and lead a small team of highly motivated technicians traveling to local customer sites across central Tennessee.

This role would suit a Controls Technician/Engineer with experience in Facility Systems. Anyone with experience with Distech, Johnson, Trane or Niagara systems would be well suited for this position!
The Role:
- Lead a small group of technicians solving complex problems for high profile customers
- Develop into an industry expert & become a fully qualified engineer
- Offer solutions both in person at local customer sites, and remotely from your office
The Person
- Experienced with Control System Troubleshooting or Programming (Distech, Johnson, Trane, Niagara)
- Experienced in field travel (you will cover a local patch)
- Looking to become a pioneer in this rapidly expanding business
