CRM Manager
London - Hybrid (3 Days in the Office a week)
£55,000 - £60,000 DOE + Progression + Equity + Pension + Holiday
Exciting opportunity for a CRM Manager with proficient experience in CRM implementation and advancement of strategies, plans and systems to join a specialist and exciting health e-commerce start-up company offering exciting progression opportunities all the way through to C-suite levels, tonnes of autonomy and responsibility, and the chance to build out an entire CRM Team.
This company are a start-up who are passionate about healthy living. They are looking to grow rapidly within the health and wellness industry. After receiving funding, they are now looking for a strong individual to take control of CRM implementation and to support with business decision making.
In this role, you will take full ownership of technical CRM operations including planning and executing across e-mail and SMS. You will be responsible for building long term, valuable relationships with each individual customer. This is the first CRM role within the company meaning there is a clear route for you to take ownership, lead teams, and become a key stakeholder within the business. You will set up long term automation and campaign strategies and work alongside the design and marketing teams to create established brand loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and extensive experience using various CRM platforms, ideally within the marketing industry. The candidate will be experienced in leading and managing teams and must be comfortable with managing the entire CRM system themselves and be comfortable working in a start-up environment. Candidates must have an in depth understanding of customer retention, have a degree and must be located within a commutable distance of Hammersmith and be comfortable working on-site at least 3 days a week.

* Must be commutable to Hammersmith and happy with a minimum of 3 days a week on-site
