Design Engineer
Liverpool (Commutable from St Helens, Warrington, Chester)
Competitive salary + Benefits + 25 days leave
Working hours, 37.5 hours/week, some flexitime on start/finish. Early Friday finish
Are you an experienced Design Engineer looking for a role where you will play an integral part in designing key products for use globally in the pharmaceutical sector?
This is a great opportunity for someone to be involved in the full design and product development lifecycle, from concept to ship out. The product is made on site in a fantastic modern purpose built site.
The company itself is a world-leader in the design of specialist products to the pharmaceutical sector and are growing. They can offer an excellent benefits package including free RAC cover and superb working conditions.
The role will involve working in a small team on both tweaking existing designs and longer term bringing new products to market. This is a challenging and interesting role with a investigatory work, innovation and problem solving required.
The Role:
- Full time permanent role for a company manufacturing products to the pharmaceutical market
- Mechanical Design Engineer using solidworks
- Full product lifecycle; including using innovation to find solutions to problems.
The Person
- Academic/working experience within the manufacturing engineering sector
- 3D design experience, ideally using solidworks
- Ideally, we're looking for someone with rubbers or elastomer experience
