Are you a Design Engineer with knowledge of either mechanical or plastics gears, looking to join a growing company offering and work on technically interesting products at the forefront of their industry?

This company are a specialist manufacturer who is renowned for their market leading products. With continual demand and growth, they are now looking for a Design Engineer to be based near their site outside of Hartford.
The role is very varied, but your main responsibilities will be to develop gear designs to meet customer requirements and make changes to current products to optimize performance.
This would suit a Design or R&D Engineer who has worked on or been involved with either mechanical or plastic gears and gear assemblies.

The Role:
- Design of gears and technical products
- Evaluate systems and make changes
- Support other departments such as manufacturing and sales
