San Francisco, CA - Hybrid (4 days/week)
Are you a data-driven growth leader who thrives in zero-to-one environments? Do you want to take full ownership of performance, SEO, and lifecycle growth at one of the most ambitious AI startups in the agentic space, while benefiting from meaningful equity, rapid feedback loops, and high autonomy?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing AI startup backed by top-tier investors and led by a world-class technical team. The company is building AI teammates that can manage your inbox, run meetings, communicate with clients, and close deals - pioneering a new era of intelligent, no-code AI agents that collaborate across email, Slack, and Zoom to handle open-ended tasks and continuously learn from experience.
As Director of Growth Marketing, you'll own the entire growth engine -from acquisition to retention - leading strategy and execution across paid, organic, lifecycle, and partnership channels. You'll run high-velocity experiments, scale what works, and refine what doesn't, while collaborating closely with product, sales, and engineering to align growth priorities and drive measurable impact.
This is an ideal role for a hands-on, analytical marketer who's hungry to build from scratch and shape the trajectory of a company redefining how humans and AI work together.
The Role
- Lead growth strategy and execution across performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle, and partnerships
- Build a full-funnel growth engine, from acquisition through activation and retention
- Launch and scale rapid experiments across paid, organic, and referral channels
- Define and track KPIs across growth initiatives and customer journeys
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and GTM teams to accelerate growth
- Benefit from excellent compensation and equity
The Person
- Proven track record scaling growth channels across paid, organic, owned, and partnership marketing
- Data-driven and analytical; experienced with A/B testing, dashboards, and tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker
- Rapid experimenter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Deep understanding of modern growth stacks, attribution, and measurement methodologies
- Excited to work onsite 4 days/week in San Francisco
