This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Document Controller or Administrator to join a rapidly growing modular construction and fit-out specialist, with the opportunity to work on high-value projects in healthcare, data centres, cleanrooms, and education across Ireland and Europe.

In this role, you will work closely with the design and procurement teams to manage the document process from initial drawings through to final client handover. You will oversee technical files, track submittals, liaise with subcontractors, and maintain document structures to ensure efficient project delivery and organisation.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and have some experience in document control, administration, or a data processing role.

The Role:
- Manage document control processes for modular and fit-out projects
- Organise technical files and document structures
- Liaise with design teams, procurement, subcontractors, and clients
- Apply project tags to drawings and manage submittals and sign-offs
- Track all documentation from initial submission to final approval
- Identify and resolve document errors and maintain compliance with ISO and BIM systems
The Person:
- Experience in document control, administration, or data management
- Organised, meticulous, and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality
- Based in Gort or within commuting distance (flexibility for Galway-based candidates)
