Are you an Electrician with experience as a lead electrician or as a Foreman looking to join a growing company that offer full solar training and structured progression into a Construction Manager position?

As a Electrical Foreman you will be overseeing a crew of up to 20 people and directing them in the field. Also you will maintain a high level of quality control and quality assurance. Furthermore you will need strong knowledge of the NEC and a strong safety record to adhere to state safety regulations.
This role would suit a Electrician with experience as a Foreman looking to train and progress while enhancing their skillset, whilst gaining more responsibility and recognition.
The Role:
- Lead a crew of up to 20 electricians
- Maintain a high level of quality control and quality assurance
- Work collaboratively with Solar installers
The Candidate:
- Wants to work in the Solar industry
- Willing to work on average 50 hours a week
- Previous experience as a foreman or lead role
- Valid drivers license
