Bristol, commutable from Yate, Chippenham, Malmesbury, Stroud, Cirencester

Due to the recent retirement of one of their staff after a period of long service, they are looking to take on an additional Electrical Maintenance Engineer at their site in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment to get their foot in the door with a company that prides itself on continuously upskilling their staff, and be invested in through a variety of training and long-term progression opportunities. You will be responsible for electrical maintenance work on manufacturing machinery and production processes such as electrical control systems, conveyer systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and PLCs. Training can be provided to an Electrical Maintenance Engineer from any manufacturing environment.

The Role:

  • Electrical Maintenance work in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Days-based shift pattern, Monday to Friday, with enhanced-rate overtime available on weekends if desired
  • Will involve a dedicated training programme and progression plan


The Candidate:

  • Will have experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
  • Will have an apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications
  • Will have experience of PPM-oriented work
