Electrical Supervisor
£50,000 - £55,000 + Ford Ranger + Progression + Pension + Holiday + Benefits
Office based in Fleet 1 or 2 days a week
***Nationwide travel with occasional overnight stays***

Have you got an Electrical background with experience in quality checking and compliance of projects? Do you want varied role working on exciting commercial projects across the UK? This well-established company specialises in the installation of electrical systems within car parks and supermarkets. Their work ranges from EV charging infrastructure and lighting systems through to full main supply installations. Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of projects, they are now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee compliance and quality across their operations.
You will be expected to travel to sites across the UK, with 1-2 days per week in the office. Occasional overnight stays may be required, and you'll have the flexibility to choose between a hotel or Airbnb, with meal allowances provided.
Key responsibilities include supervising and inspecting electrical installation works, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You'll conduct regular audits, review testing results, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting site teams to deliver defect-free installations that meet client expectations.
The ideal candidate will currently be working as an Electrical Manager, Supervisor, or Quality Inspector within the electrical industry, with a solid understanding of installation, testing, and compliance requirements. You must hold your 18th Edition qualification along with 2391 (or equivalent) Test & Inspection certification.
The Role:
* Supervising electrical installation works on commercial projects
* Inception and testing of Projects
* Quality checking of projects and ensuring works are compliant with regulations
* Working closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver exceptional standards
The person:
* Electrical Supervisor, Manager or Quality Inspector
* Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation projects
* 18th Edition and/or NVQ level 3 and SMSTS
* Willing to travel to projects nationwide, with occasional overnight stays.
* Looking to take on a key long term position with progression
