Electricity Asset Maintenance Engineer
Home/Field Based-Candidate can be based anywhere in the UK but must be prepared to travel/stay away
£50000-£60000 plus vehicle, excellent benefits package
Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer with experience of maintenance of electrical distribution networks looking for a full time permanent role with a large, national utilities company.
The company are multiple award winning for their training and progression of staff and can offer excellent benefits and salary progression.
The role will be home/field based working in a team of 3 covering the UK. Therefore extensive travel and occasional overnight stays are required. A rough guide to a week would be 2 days working from home, 2 days on sites and one day in on of the companies offices.
The role will focus on inspection and maintenance of substation assets.
The Role
- Full time, permanent, home/field role for a large national utilities company.
- Working as part of a small team travelling national to substation sites.
- Inspection and maintenance of electricity substation assets
The Person
- Academic/working background in electrical or power engineering
- Experience of maintenance work electrical distribution plants
- Willing to travel and occasionally stay away
