The Role:

  • Take the lead on day-to-day engineering activity, overseeing CAD drafting
  • Collaborate across certification and modification teams on technical projects
  • Work directly with the President on new product concepts and design improvements
  • Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to drive hands-on design work and mentor your team

The Person:

  • Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial design
  • Experience supervising or mentoring others in a technical setting
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Ambitious, with a desire to grow into a senior role and break into the aviation industry
