Engineering Supervisor - Progression to Engineering Manager

Are you an Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader from a manufacturing background looking to step into a position that offers industry leading people management training with the opportunity to progress into management positions?

On offer is a varied role where you will spearhead the engineering processes and initiative in this forward thinking manufacturing environment. This will involve working closely with the main customer who's site is next door to the facility and therefore involves regular contact with the customer and their management team. You will also lead a small team of engineers in daily people management and leadership to ensure all processes and work instructions run smoothly.

The Role:
*Spearhead the engineering initiative across the manufacturing site
*Work closely with the main customer who's site is next door to the facility
*Lead a small team of engineers in daily people management and leadership
*Monitoring and administrating systems to ensure customer satisfaction on products and services
The Candidate:
*Engineering supervisor or team leader experience
*Knowledge or background inside a manufacturing environment
*Looking for a challenging role with progression and daily communication with customers
