Excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join an exciting, rapidly expanding residential contractor in a role offering progression, large responsibilities, and a great salary.

Established for over 10 years this well respected housing developer prides themselves on delivering a high quality service to all clients and have therefore developed long term business relationships. These relationships have helped increase their workload, catalysing them into a period of expansion and have impressive growth plans in place. Due to this growth they are now looking to recruit an ambitious Estimator to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for estimating small and large residential projects, including new build houses, refurbishments, conversions and extensions. You will be in charge of receiving tender documents, starting the tender process, risk management, take offs, and cash flow forecasts.

The Role:

  • Dealing with tenders packages, take off and cash flow forecasts
  • Working on a variety of residential projects
  • Cambridgeshire based office

The Person:

  • Experience in estimating
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Full UK Driving License
