Facilities Maintenance Assistant
£35,000 (OTE 38k+) per annum + Overtime + Progression + Benefits + Pension + Holidays
Located in Southall (Ideally located: Ealing, Slough, Uxbridge, Watford, West London)

This is a Monday-Friday role where you will be doing building maintenance and repairs, breakdowns, general lighting checks and overseeing contractors. The ideal candidate will come from a maintenance background, experience with building maintenance, domestic and/or commercial experience, NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications and a valid UK driver's license.
