Excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities manager to join a leading institution where you will have full autonomy of an impressive building.
This college is an award-winning institution with over 100 years' experience in delivering excellent higher education. The main campus is located in the heart of Enfield, with Centres of Excellence located across London.
As the facilities manager you will have full autonomy of the facilities department. You will be responsible for the Direct line management of hard and soft services. You will also Lead, direct and be accountable for the day-to-day delivery, standards, monitoring, and review of facilities management services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a facilities management positions where you have had full responsibility for the electrical and mechanical services. Candidates will also need good experience with setting up and run PPM schedules as well as be competent with health and safety.

The role
*Based out of the flagship site in Enfield.
*Full autonomy of the facilities division.
*Monday to Friday role- 36 hours a week
*Direct line management of hard and soft services.
*To Lead, direct and be accountable for the day-to-day delivery, standards, monitoring, and review of facilities management services.
*Ensure on-site practices are conducted in line with the approved systems of working.
*Manage site risks and ensure Risk Assessments are reviewed and managed.
Arrange access for students, visitors, and members of staff and ensure the security of equipment.
*Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly deep cleaning programs.
The person
*Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in a facilities management role.
*Candidates must have a proven track record in a facilities manager role.
*Have had full accountability for the running of the mechanical and electrical services.
*Candidates will ideally have worked in a college, university, hotel or large building.
*Have a proven track record in setting up and running PPM schedules.
