In this role you will take the lead on the smooth day-to-day running of the school's premises and facilities. From managing the Site team and overseeing maintenance to ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, you'll play a key part in creating a safe and inspiring environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in facilities or site management, a proactive and hands-on attitude, and the confidence to lead a small team. Strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of premises compliance, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment are essential. Experience in an educational or public sector setting is desirable but not required.

The Role:
* Manage and lead the Site team to ensure high standards of safety and maintenance.
* Oversee all aspects of premises management, health & safety, and security.
* Support school functions and lettings, including occasional evening/weekend work.
* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, both in-house and with contractors.
* Maintain premises systems and compliance documentation.

The Person:
* Experience in facilities, site, or estates management.
* Confident team leader with a hands-on approach.
* Strong working knowledge of health & safety and compliance.
* Well-organised and comfortable using premises management systems.
* Flexible, reliable, and motivated to make a difference.
