Field Service Manager (Cranes/Hoists)
Raleigh, North Carolina (Commutable from: Durham, Holly Springs, Clayton, Garner, Wendell, Zebulon, Rolesville, Wake Forest)
$90,000 - $105,000 + Training + Progression + Hybrid Work Schedule + 401k + Excellent Benefits Package
Are you a Field Service Manager or Technician looking to step up into management, with Crane or Hoist experience, looking to shape a market-leading business, receive further management training and progress to Service Manager level?

In this role you will play a key role and wear many hats. You will spend most the time in the office, where you will perform administrative duties, such as quoting special projects, training technicians, scheduling work and taking responsibility for billing. In the field, you will lead and assist technicians with mechanical and electrical work on overhead cranes, covering a 2 hour radius around Raleigh, with no overnight stays. There will be occasional weekend work, dependent on business needs.

The Role:
