In this role you will be responsible for providing first class customer service for anyone that enters the office, coordinating day-to-day workplace activities and be proactive in conducting site inductions, workplace assessments, first aid and general office management duties.

The ideal candidate will be a customer facing, enthusiastic and positive person with previous front of house receptionist/office experience and a current or working towards IWFM Membership. You will also require a IOSH certificate or have health and safety experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

The Role:

  • Provide first-class customer service to all office visitors.
  • Coordinate day-to-day workplace activities.
  • Proactively conduct site inductions for new employees and visitors.
  • Perform workplace assessments to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Administer first aid as needed.
  • Manage general office duties, including organization and maintenance.

The Person:

  • Customer-facing, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor.
  • Previous experience as a front-of-house receptionist or in office management.
  • Current or aspiring IWFM Membership.
  • IOSH certificate or relevant health and safety experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
