Role:Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £24,000 + uncapped commission : OTE Year 1 £40k-£50k/ Year 2 - £75k+

Location: Bristol, City Centre

We are looking for highly-motivated, go-getters who will be proactively building their client base through cold calling, qualifying leads and developing partnerships. Earning uncapped commission and progressing through to leadership roles based on merit with unlimited opportunity. You'll be part of bringing in new business and growing those accounts.

The Role

  • Identifying leads and potential partnerships
  • Sales, cold calling, client engagement and developing your client base
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with potential and existing clients
  • Hitting targets and metrics
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
