$65,000 - $80,000 + Bonus + Healthcare + Life Insurance + PTO + Full Training + progression

Are you a mechanical engineering graduate and looking to secure a entry level project manager role within a global leading engineering company ?
Full training provided for an aspiring Project Manager interested in leading complex mechanical projects across aerospace, power generation, defense, automotive, and industrial sectors.
The company operate on a global scale and have a fantastic reputation within their industry, manufacturing a variety of products across multiple markets. Due to their ongoing success, they are now expanding and looking to bring on a graduate Project Manager into their team.
This role would suit an Engineering graduate with a desire to progress as a project manager, within a leading and growing business offering full training and support
The Role:
- Full training offered: Once up to speed, you will do the below duties:
- Plan, execute and lead a wide range of complex manufacturing projects
- Responsible for premanufacturing schedule, technical knowledge, and customer communication
- Provide day-to-day project leadership, collaborating with multiple different departments and teams to meet requirements
- Managing the preparation of drawings and developing flows for manufacturing, assembly and testing of projects
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation plans
- Establishing and maintaining project reports to keep leadership and customers updated
The Person:
- Degree educated in Mechanical Engineering
- A deep desire to progress as a project manager
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in the Gas Turbine, Industrial, Aerospace, Manufacturing or similar industries
