Brickell, Miami

$42,000 - $44,000 + Quick Progression + Excellent Commission (up to 40%) + Full Training Programme

We have seen incredible success within our US recruitment teams operating from the UK, with a huge 280% growth year on year. On our mission to becoming the go-to global recruiter, we are now opening up our brand new office in Miami.

We are looking for ambitious, sales driven individuals who are looking to achieve their goals through unlimited commission and rapid progression, based on meritocracy.

Due to the rapid growth and success of our US team, operating from the UK, we are expanding into new locations in America, starting with our brand new Miami office! This office will have an exciting start-up feel, with opportunities for quick progression and becoming one of the most experienced members of the Miami team as the office continues to grow.

What you will be doing:

  • Building your own client base through developing long-term client relationships
  • Sales, cold calling, client engagement and developing your client base
  • Headhunting high-quality candidates for a variety of technical roles
  • Managing the recruitment process for clients and candidates from start to finish
  • Ensuring you go the extra mile for both clients and candidates
  • Positively changing lives of both candidates and clients, as you add value to their business or find them their perfect new role
