The Role
*Lead the full-funnel growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion
*Launch and scale outbound, paid, content, and product-led GTM channels
*Build the foundational growth stack: CRM, analytics, attribution, and automation
*Run weekly growth experiments with clear prioritization and measurable outcomes
*Work cross-functionally with sales and product to drive qualified pipeline and customer conversion
The Person
*Strong experience in growth or product marketing within B2B SaaS startups
*Proven track record of building scalable, repeatable growth engines that drive revenue
*Deep fluency with funnel metrics, GTM motion design, and tools like HubSpot and Clearbit
*Strong communicator who moves quickly and thrives in high-ownership environments
*Experience across both sales-led and product-led growth; bonus if you've led a team or operated solo at a high level
