This charity have built a strong reputation over the last 50 years working in the Property Management sector on a range of residential sites. As a result of continued expansion they are looking to add to their close-knit maintenance team.
You will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Operative's performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks. This will vary from Electrical to Carpentry and Plumbing work.
This position would suit a Handyperson / Tradesperson , looking for a local role offering good overtime rates and stable work.
