This company specialise in the installation of renewable energy technologies, including Solar PV panels, Heat Pumps and Biomass Boilers, in both commercial and domestic settings for their surrounding counties. They are currently in the second year of their 5 year growth plan and as such are looking for a new Heat Pump Engineer to join their team.
In this role you will install bespoke heating systems with a focus on heat pumps, as well as other more general heating products such as radiators and under floor heating. You will be responsible for the commissioning and the onsite communication with customers as well as the physical installation of the required system.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified plumbing and heating engineer who takes pride in the quality of their work and is keen to build a career in the renewable energy industry. Previous Heat Pump experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training can be provided.
The Role:
*Installation of renewable heating systems, air and ground source heat pumps, as well as some other heating projects
*Working in a team of highly skilled heating engineers
*Training on heat pumps can be provided for the right candidate
The Person:
*Experienced plumber with a track record of domestic central heating installation
*NVQ 2 minimum
*Good work ethic, flexibility and ability to work in a team
*Full Driving licence
*Previous heat pump experience is a massive bonus but not required as full training will be given
