Salisbury (Covering up to a 25-mile radius)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Van + Overtime + On-Call + Training + Tablet + Pension + Holidays + Excellent Benefits

My client is a well-established and growing heating, plumbing, and electrical business based in Salisbury, known for quality workmanship and strong local reputation across Wiltshire, Hampshire, and Dorset. They are now looking to expand their domestic oil team with a skilled and motivated Domestic Oil Engineer.
In this role, you'll cover a 25-mile radius around Salisbury, working on installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of domestic oil systems. You'll also have the opportunity to train into commercial oil work, expanding your career prospects while staying local and maintaining a great work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Domestic Oil Engineer who takes pride in delivering excellent service, enjoys working directly with customers, and is looking for long-term career development. You'll be proactive, organised, and keen to expand your skills with structured training.
The Person:
- OFTEC 601A and 601 qualified (essential)
- Experience with domestic oil heating systems
- Strong technical and fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid UK driving licence
- Based within 25 miles of Salisbury
The Role:
- Install, service, maintain, and repair domestic oil heating systems
- Customer-focused work in domestic properties
- Fault-finding and emergency repairs
