HR & Operations Manager - BESS

£50'000 - £70'000 (DOE) + Private Health Care + Holidays + Pension

They have thrived in recent years as the BESS market grows significantly, and as a result they are now looking to appoint a passionate HR and Operations professional to continue on their upward trajectory.
In this varied role, the HR and Operations Manager will manage global employee logistics, policy governance, and office/facility operations, while driving cross-functional process improvements across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background working within HR and Operations across UK and international regions. You will be highly adaptable and have experience working in fast-paced, reactive environments.

The Role:
- Manage worldwide employee logistics including onboarding and compliance across all countries
- Draft reviews and maintains company policies in collaboration with legal and HR teams
- Oversee physical office facilities vendor management and support for distributed staff
- Identify and implements process improvements for staffing and office workflows
- Ensure unified compliant operations by working closely with HR Legal Finance and IT
The Person:
- Proven background in a HR and Operational role
- Experience liaising and coordinating across international teams
- Good knowledge of UK and international staffing policies
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree, but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft office
