HR Generalist

Alphen aan den Rijn - Hybrid

€45,000 + Good Working Hours + Stock Appreciation + Benefits

Do you have experience within HR/payroll administrative role and are looking to join a tight-knitted company who offer great benefits and plenty of flexibility?

This role would suit someone with previous experience in HR, Payroll, Admin and working with labour laws in the Netherlands, who is looking at joining a young dynamic team.

The Role:

  • Independently manage people operations for entire firm
  • Lead talent acquisition
  • Assist with visa and payroll operations
  • Monday to Friday, flexible working hours

The Person

  • Experience in HR within smaller scale business
  • Payroll and Talent acquisition experience
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch
